I was passing by again in 2004 and decided to take a few more pictures aas the weather was so good and I had plenty of time.
 
   
 
 
New Gate
  
 
The Guardroom is still empty. The main entrance to camp is now for pedestrians and cyclists and they have knocked down a section of the wall to make another entrance at the back of the guardroom.
 
 
Guardroom
The guardroom is still empty and I can't really think of anything it could be used for unless it opened as an Imbiß or a corner shop of some kind.
 
Casino
The Artillery Officers Mess, on the opposite side of the road, has now been restored and is being used as a Casino.
Music School
The Artillery RHQ just inside the gates is still being used as a music school.
 
22 RHQ
The old 22 Sigs RHQ was still empty and delapidated. I was wondering if there was some structural reason, as most of the other big blocks have been developed.
 
22 RHQ & 4 Sqn
This view looks past 22 RHQ towards 4 and 2 Sqadron blocks. You can see that anywhere that used to have garages has now been developed with housing and it does seem like a pleasant place to live.
 
RHQ Front
Another view of 22 Sigs RHQ, this time of the 'front' with the entrance that was only supposed to be used by officers.
 
4 Sqn Block
A view of the back of the 4 Squadron block showing the balconies that have been added to the flats and the pleasant landscaping that makes it all look so 'nice'.
 
Camp Centre
This picture shows the view from the Sgts Mess through the centre of the blocks towards the Artillery RHQ. A much greener and different view than it used to be.
 
HQ Bty
A view looking up towards what was the NAAFI Bar past the HQ Battery block on the left. Behind the hedge where the old swimming pool used to be is now a car park.
 
Pads NAAFI
The old 'Pads' NAAFI which is now a 'real' supermarket and the BFBS tower in the background.
